Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At P2S Paytech, we aim to provide instant processing for our services. Please note the following cancellation rules:

  • Recharge & Bill Payments: Once a transaction is initiated and processed by the operator, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • Service Appointments: Requests for cancellation of registered services must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Failed Transactions: If an amount is debited but the service (Recharge/Bill Pay/travel insurance) is not delivered, the system will automatically trigger a refund within 24-48 hours.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions for our core services:

Multi Recharge & Bill Payment Refundable only if the transaction fails and the amount is debited.
Pan Card & Travel Booking Refunds processed as per government/service provider guidelines.
